Post-shampooing, take an adequate amount of the conditioner and apply it on damp hair from mid-length to the ends. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly

Start from the mid-lengths and go all the way to the ends, avoiding the roots. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes. You can also detangle your hair at this stage. Rinse off well.
