Begin by taking a coin-sized amount of the shampoo, apply it on your scalp and work up a lather. Rinse thoroughly
Post-shampooing, take an adequate amount of the conditioner and apply it on damp hair from mid-length to the ends. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly
